In 2018, Novak Djokovic beat Roger Federer 6-4, 6-4 in the final of the Cincinnati Masters to become the first player to win all nine Masters 1,000 tennis tournaments since the series started in 1990. The nine competitions include the Indian Wells Masters, Miami Open, Monte-Carlo Masters, Madrid Open, Italian Open, Canadian Open, Cincinnati Masters, Shanghai Masters, and the Paris Masters. The achievement by Djokovic was dubbed the Career Golden Masters, and in 2020 Djokovic completed his Career Double Masters. Djokovic is currently the no. 1 ranked tennis player in the world and he has been ranked no. 1 for a record 334 weeks. In addition, Djokovic is also a 20x Grand Slam champion having won the Australian Open a record 9x. With his most recent Wimbledon win in 2021, Djokovic became the first player to accumulate over $150 million in career prize money.
