In 2010, Kobe Bryant became the youngest NBA player to score 25,000 career points at 31-years-old and 151 days. He beat Wilt Chamberlain by just 35 days. Despite his performance, Bryant and the Lakers lost to Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers 93-87, in a hard-fought game.

Bryant won five championships, appeared in 16 All-Star Games, was awarded four All-Star Game MVP Awards, two NBA Finals MVP Awards and one regular-season MVP Award. 

As one of the league’s greatest shooting guards, Bryant had the title locked in throughout his career and was named to the All-NBA First Team 10 times and to the All-Defensive First Team nine times.

Bryant participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics finishing with a Gold medal and redeeming the USA team from their bronze medal finish at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Bryant continued playing for Team USA and brought home the Gold medal in the 2012 London Olympics.
