In 2016, the Golden State Warrior’s Stephen Curry became the first unanimous NBA MVP. Curry broke his own record by scoring 402 3-pointers in a single season. He led the Warriors to 73-9 season which was a league record. Curry since Steve Nash to win the MVP award back-to-back Nash won in the 2004-05 season and again in the 2005-06 season. Curry plays for the Warriors and has two MVP trophies and three championship titles under his belt. Curry is known for his three-pointers and made 402 threes in the 2015-16 season alone. He currently ranks 2nd on the All-Time list for threes with over 2,800. Curry has spent his entire career with the Warriors.
