In 2004, tennis great Roger Federer won back-to-back Tennis Masters Cup titles over Leyton Hewitt, 6-3 and 6-2. Federer is by far the most successful male tennis player of all time, having won a record 20 Grand Slam singles titles. He has also won a record 6 ATP Finals titles, 28 ATP Tour Masters 1000 titles, and a record 24 ATP Tour 500 titles. Federer has held the number one ranking for a total of 310 weeks, including a record 237 consecutive weeks. He has over 1,200 wins in the Open Era and is currently number four in the ATP rankings.
