In 2019, American gymnast, Simone Biles, won her 25th career record medal at the World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany.

Biles is a three-time all-around world champion, three-time world floor champion, two-time world balance beam champion, four-time US National all-around champion, and a member of the gold medal-winning American team in the 2014 and 2016 World Gymnastics Championships.

She also won four gold medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics and has set an American record for the most gold medals in women’s gymnastics at a single game.

In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Biles cheered her team on from the sideline due to withdrawing to focus on her mental health. Her teammates Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, and Grace McCallum won the silver medal in the team competition.

She is currently focusing on the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic games and plans on participating. She will be there no matter what, either as an athlete or a spectator.
